We’re so excited to send a little glow your way! Each order is carefully packed and shipped from our studio with love and care. Here's what you can expect:

📦 Processing Time

All of our products are handmade in small batches. Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be processed before shipping.

During sales or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Rates

We currently ship within the U.S. using trusted carriers like USPS, FedEx and UPS.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Free Shipping on U.S. orders over $75

📬 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

💛 Local Pickup

Local to Sanpete County, Utah? We offer free local pickup at checkout. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.  Usually ready within 1 to 2 days.

❗ Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your order leaves our hands, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If you experience issues, we’re happy to help you work with the carrier to file a claim.

📮 Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for additional shipping fees.
