Refund policy

We want you to love your experience with GLOW Lather and Wick. Every product is handcrafted with care, and your satisfaction is important to us. Please review our policy below:

 

 

✅ Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns or exchanges on unused candles and home fragrance items (like wax melts and sprays) within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and in original condition.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Artisan goat milk soap

  • Lotions and perfumes

  • Any body care products

  • Used candles or wax melts

  • Custom orders or clearance items

 

 

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Send a photo of the damaged item and packaging to:

We’ll happily replace the item or issue a refund where appropriate.

 

 

💸 Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the return is received and inspected.

 

 

🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a damaged item.
